The new Healthy Living Workshop is an eight-week course offered on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The workshop teaches healthy living choices and demonstrates the benefits of adopting these practices into everyday life. Each week participants are introduced to different healthy living practices, such as martial arts, dance, yoga, personal hygiene habits, how to select and prepare smart meals and snacks and more.
Each class also includes time to train for a one mile walkathon at Cranes Roost Park, with proceeds to benefit The Advisory Board for the Disabled, Inc. Please contact us for more information on how to sponsor a participant.
