Seniors In an Exercise Class

All senior membership activities are currently suspended. Memberships will be extended by the number of days activities are suspended.

Classes are offered weekly on select mornings in the Activity Room. All classes are 40-minutes in length. 

  • Chair Yoga - Use breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to improve your health and happiness.
  • Balance and Flow - Tai Chi based class - Graceful form of exercise that involves a series of movement performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
  • Zumba Gold - Focus on balance, range of motion and coordination in this modified form of Zumba that recreates original choreographed moves at a lower-intensity.
