Altamonte Springs Recreation offers a supervised nine-week summer camp for teenagers ages 13 to 15. Aside from having fun at multiple area attractions, Teen Camp also allows for personal growth by participation in job shadows with local professionals, resume building, job interview training, budget training and more. Registration is now open.
Dates: June 4 - August 3 (No Camp July 2 - 4)
Times: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Early drop off starts at 7 a.m. Late pick up ends at 6 p.m. No extra cost.)

To ensure safety and the quality of the camp, participation is limited to 50 teenagers. Participants are required to bring lunch from home. For those who participate in weekly field trips, lunch is governed according to the rules of that particular attraction.
Swimming is offered each week of the program for a one-time cost of $30. Swim times are 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays. Participants are transported to Lyman High School. Click here to register.

During the nine-week program, there are multiple opportunities to participate in field trips. Each Tuesday, all teens participate in a career-oriented field trip at no charge. Each Thursday, there is an optional field trip to area attractions which require additional fees.
