The Altamonte Springs Science Incubator Internship Program provides hands-on, real-world experience with top industry professionals and acts as a learning opportunity beyond the traditional classroom. The seven-week program is designed to introduce Seminole County students to the endless possibilities in ST.E.M. (science, technology, engineering and math) career fields. Upon completion, interns earn up to one credit hour through Seminole County Public Schools for graduation requirements and earn an imbursement up to $230.
This internship program gives ambitious minds the ability to discover new professions and explore fresh options by job shadowing the area's most exclusive and talented S.T.E.M. experts. From complex engineering to flight simulations, interns have the chance to experience different types of workplaces, learn more about the booming S.T.E.M. industry and develop their own career paths.
